Cantante colombiana contemporánea, que a partir de un proyecto de experimentación con músicas tradicionales de varias regiones ha logrado una mayor versatilidad y maestría en su interpretación. Lucía maneja varios repertorios y estilos, todos ellos con un alto virtuosismo. Es sin duda la voz de jazz de avant garde más importante de Colombia con interpretaciones al lado de músicos reconocidos como el percusionista Satoshi Takeishi, el chelista Erik Friedlander, el bajista Stomu Takeishi, y el saxofonista David Binney, entre otros. La característica de este repertorio es que Lucía hace parte de un ensamble de cámara donde todos los músicos participantes comparten con igualdad la responsabilidad musical en el escenario. Actualmente Lucía está trabajando en diversos proyectos con músicos en Nueva York y en varios países de América Latina y Europa. Su extensa carrera artística incluye actuaciones en Estados Unidos, Asia, Europa, Canadá y Latinoamérica.

Lucía is undoubtedly the most important avant-garde jazz voice in Colombia with performances by renowned musicians, such as the percussionist Satoshi Takeishi, the cellist Erik Friedlander, the bassist Stomu Takeishi, and the saxophonist David Binney, among others. The most important characteristic of this repertoire is that Lucia is part of a chamber ensemble where all the participating musicians share with equal musical responsibility on stage. Currently Lucia is working on various projects with musicians in New York and in several countries in Latin America and Europe. Her extensive artistic career includes performances in the United States, Asia, Europe, Canada, and Latin America.
